Instructions to Group Leaders

You are using an older browser (which includes all variants of Internet Explorer). The layout of this page is less than ideal in this browser but is fully functional and may be safely used.

Current course details will auto-complete for the selected group. Make any changes, most of the fields are on drop-down menus to make it easy for you. Choose your term start and end dates using the pop up calendars. If this is a new group, all fields will be blank.

Make any changes to the course description. Max 200 characters, but if you would like more information to be available via the website, the webmaster can setup an 'extra-info' page for you. For some current examples click on any group on the 'Our Groups' page that is backlit in yellow.

NB MONTHLY GROUPS. Please would GLs insert in the NOTES field on the CDF form all the actual dates required for venue bookings.

Please check your details carefully as this is what will appear in the programme. We recommend you print out your form, if possible, and check it before submitting. If you need to go back to something you can save your draft input for completing later.
When you press 'Save' the CDF will be saved for later editing - it will NOT be submitted to the programme. When you press 'Submit' the CDF will be validated and, if OK, uploaded to website to become part of next year's Our Groups page and will not be further editable.
